It learns your whole career as you work, then puts that record to work across every front of the search: targeting, positioning, materials, prep, and outreach. You show up as a real, specific person instead of disappearing into the noise.

What it is

Every AI tool you can buy shares one limitation, and it is not the AI. It is that the AI only knows the thin slice of you that fits on a resume. Ask it for a cover letter and it writes a competent one about a stranger.

Verdeer builds the rest. You read job descriptions, prep for interviews, draft outreach. While you do, it quietly captures the true texture of your career: not the marquee wins you'd already list, but the small, specific stories that only surface in the moment and would otherwise vanish. That compounding record of who you actually are is what every part of the product draws from.

Nothing enters the record until you say so. Verdeer proposes, and shows its reasoning. You confirm or dismiss.

It does not apply to jobs for you. It makes you a signal, not noise.

How it works

It builds the record as you work

Using a rich model of someone is easy. Creating one is the hard problem. The valuable material is the small, specific memory that only surfaces in the moment, so Verdeer captures it in the flow of the real work rather than asking you to sit down and do data entry.

One brain, not a bundle

Not a stack of tools stapled together. One model of you that every activity feeds and draws from, so the parts make each other smarter. Your interview prep feeds your next cover letter. And because it holds your role criteria, your location limits, your network, and what a company is doing in one place, it can tell you that twenty on-site roles at a company you ruled out are worth one warm note to the two people you already know there.

Nothing you do is wasted

Everything feeds one compounding record, including every rejection and dead end. Each closed door tells it something about which doors are right. Your effort accrues instead of evaporating.

Connecting your Gmail

A real job search generates a steady stream of mail: application confirmations, rejections, recruiter outreach, interview invitations. Those messages are the ground truth for where every application actually stands, and keeping a tracker current by hand is the chore everyone abandons first.

Verdeer can connect to your Gmail account, read-only, to do that for you. You grant access through Google's own consent screen, and you can revoke it at any time from your Google account.

What Verdeer does with that access

Looks for messages that match job-application patterns: confirmations, rejections, interview scheduling.
Reads those messages to work out what changed for which application.
Shows you a suggested update and waits. Nothing is written to your record until you confirm it.

What it never does

Never sends, replies to, deletes, or modifies anything in your mailbox.
Never sells or transfers your email data, and never uses it for advertising.
Never uses your email data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Never lets a human read your messages, except where you ask for support in writing, or where the law requires it.

What it is deliberately not

Not an auto-applier. A human decides what gets sent, every time.
Not a keyword optimizer or a resume scanner.
Not a “do these three steps and you're hired” playbook.
Not built for new graduates, the C-suite, or casual browsers. It is built for the experienced professional running a real search under real pressure.

Where it stands

Verdeer is in private beta and is not open for signup yet.

It was built by one person who was living the problem, for himself, because nothing that existed did the job. It has been the system he runs his own search on since June 3, 2026. Access is opening gradually, by invitation, so that the people using it get a product that works rather than a waiting list.
